How do I use FemmeSense Balm?

Simply squeeze a small pea sized amount of the balm onto clean fingertips and soften it by massaging it between your thumb and fingertip. Then, apply it to the vulvar skin. You can use FemmeSense Balm daily as part of your skincare routine, or as needed. Please note that the thick consistency of the balm may make it difficult to squeeze out at first, but this gets better with continued use. It’s packaged in a discrete hygienic tube that is travel friendly.

Can I use FemmeSense Balm internally?

FemmeSense Balm is made for use over the external skin of the genitalia, although it may also be used around the perineal and external anal skin.

Can I use condoms with FemmeSense Balm?

Keep in mind that FemmeSense Balm is a skin moisturizer, not a vaginal lubricant. Although condoms may be used after applying the balm, please note that some of the oils in the balm may alter condom efficacy.  

Is there anyone who FemmeSense Balm is not appropriate for?
